I wanted to know. If I subscribe to a plan and during that period embed the viewer or the models directly. What happens after my subscription expires. Will it start showing the spline3d logo?
How do you make the background of the viewer transparent?
How it looks so smooth. I add 2 cubes and a light and it is laggy (free version, one texture for each cube)

How did you guys do that very light "look at effect at the top, in the area? Whenever I try to do look-at, it makes the object completely turn, but I just want it to slightly float around when the mouse moves

I have a problem. When exporting to mp4, RAM fills up very quickly and the swap partition of the disk, when it reaches 96GB, the macbook freezes tightly. Exported a video of 1920x1080, 60 fps, 1 ratio, 24 mbit, 120 seconds. Macbook 16 M1 PRO

After I‘ve closed the file i made and my website, updating spline viewer doesnt work anymore. The updated I made to my 3d Design dont refresh on my website even when I embed it completely new. Please help:/
Hey there, seems like a browser cache issue.
Try opening your website in incognito.
It could also be a cache from your web builder (if you are using one).
Can i design 3d model with spline and upload it in microstock?
cannot embed the spline viewer...the site shows nothing then...only public url export is working for me...
Most likely you are missing a proper setup.
Check that the container were you place the spline viewer is not collapse or hidden.
Alternatively; Some old web builders are not compatible with the spline viewer, which uses more modern standards.
