I moved to Tampa in 2022 from Minneapolis, MN. I didn't like it here at first, but I love it now. The growth will definitely keep me here. I hear there are a bunch of high rise buildings planned to go up downtown in the near future, aside from the Water Street area? I love to ride my bike from Armature works to Water St/ Sparkman's Worf. I do it almost daily.
We’re so blessed ! We moved in to Tampa and for me is great so far! It might sound exaggerated but for me this is paradise 🎉I just got back from the beach 🏖️ (siesta key) and it is breathtaking ❤ God bless America 🇺🇸
all very exciting things coming!! We have our eyes on Two Rivers. We drove out there over the weekend and it looks like its going to be an amazing community. Kind of gave us Bexley vibes but bigger.
@@dmitryg6353 time will tell there. Not sure the focus is so much on the homes at this point. I do believe they are putting a lot of thought into the Ybor scene, connecting it to downtown, which will eventually change the vibe
Im excited to see the direction the city is headed. Tampa still has its pockets of old, while also adding and transforming into a fun city for getting out and doing things!
That's funny, I moved to Tampa 4 years ago from Miami and work in the water street district and said to my friend in Miami, "the water street district is the Brickell of Tampa". 😌
Tampa is looking good but I'm very disappointed that non of the communities in the Tampa area do not have luxury custom home builders like they do in Sarasota. If you want an upscale home to have to find a lot and build. I wonder why this has not happened yet. Panther question I was looking at Homes by WESTBAY and they do not offer stoves in their homes only cooktops. It's hard to pay over 1M for a house and you cannot get that option. Can you tell me why?
How is the rental income or vacation rental income. I am planning to move there, possibly in 4 years when I will be retired. So if I buy a median priced home around 400K , can I rent it easily to cover the mortgage, taxes
@@dragongeraldb im sorry to hear that. It’s unfortunate, but if you need help with selling your home, we would love to assist. Shoot us an email to info@themorejongroup.com
Hey Adam, what’s the truth about sinkholes in the Tampa area? Are they as common as people make them out to be? Or are they mostly in certain areas of Tampa? Thanks!
Name of the two most popular suburbs in Tampa and top 5 subdivisions in Tampa for new construction and established neighborhoods that are popular and new
Honestly, choosing the best suburb or neighborhood is going to change based on a lot of variables that are important to you and your lifestyle, but I would say Wesley Chapel and Lutz in the northern suburbs and in the south eastern suburbs, Apollo Beach and Lithia. A lot of people would argue that because we do have a ton of great suburbs, but most of my clients first asked me about these. as far as established areas WestChase, Carrollwood, South Tampa and the Heights are all great options within the city or near the city.

Because it increased in value a tom over the last few years…. But that happened in a lot of places. Tampa was undervalued to begin with and i dont forsee it crashing unless major things happen outside of real estate in the economy and if thats the case… it will happen to everyone. I do think tampa real estate is strong and i do think buyers should use the same level of caution they always have when buying real estate. Get into it with a plan and a long term outlook (not im going to make money in 2 years).
@@Porky39 i can see that in some areas. That statement isnt the same for all of tampa however. Every major city will have areas that are less desirable.

Great city to visit and have fun. If you are thinking of relocating, there are unlimited temporary, part time, low pay jobs.
