Jessica needs to understand that burning a flag is supported by the 1st Ammendment IF IT'S YOUR OWN FLAG. Burning someone else's flag (i.e., public property) is not.
That doesn't only apply to flags.
It's a federal crime to destroy Federal property.

If the US, for some reason, is required to fund wars, the country recieving the help should be billed for resources is provided. Our national debt tripled since 9/11, so we need to find ways to cut back on spending considering the interest payment on our debt is close to or more than our defense budget.
