    Breakfast Parfait
    Ingredients:
    2/3 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
    1 teaspoon chia seeds
    ¼ cup granola
    ½ cup blueberries
    Directions:
    Layer ingredients with Greek yogurt as the base. Enjoy!
    Baked Potato Topping
    Ingredients:
    1 medium baked potato
    2 Tablespoons plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
    1 teaspoon scallions (optional)
    Directions:
    Dollop Greek yogurt on baked potato and then top with scallions as desired.
    Creamy Vegetable Dill Dip
    Ingredients:
    1 cup plain, non-fat plain Greek yogurt
    1 teaspoon dill weed
    ¼ teaspoon onion powder
    1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
    Directions:
    Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve with your favorite non-starchy vegetables.
    Creamy Chicken Salad
    Ingredients:
    1 ½ cups shredded, cooked chicken breast
    ½ cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
    1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
    ½ cup diced celery
    Directions:
    Combine the chicken, celery, Greek yogurt, and mustard in a medium bowl and mix well. Divide the mixture evenly over whole wheat bread as a delicious sandwich.
