What I love the most about this woman was that she could entertain you with just a band, her voice, and some backup dancers. She didn’t need all the pyrotechnics that artists use today.

I'm sure Tina got Nerves every time she performed in California with Ike still being alive. I am sure Erwin Bach had Roger Davies Tina Manager hire plenty of SECURITY to keep Tina SAFE.
He gave up on trying to kill her after she blew up with Private Dancer but yes Tina remained nervous for years, understandably so.
@@edmundsishange3608 She felt safer in Europe. Tina Turner and her son Ronnie Relationship must have turned bad because he wasn't at her Wedding. Her son Craig was. I think he was closer to his father Ike. In pictures we see he did visit Tina once or twice in France. But we never see him in pictures with Tina at her house in SWITZERLAND like Craig.
@@mechellebolden3821 Yes she was much safer in Europe. Drugs are what came between Tina and Ronnie(like father like son) very triggering for Mommy Tina who was an abuse survivor. Little known fact was that Ronnie was one of Tina's first band members when she went solo but his behaviour was already volatile back then forcing Tina to dump him.
@@edmundsishange3608 Thanks . That explains why Ronnie wasn't at his mom's wedding. I can see Tina telling him he can't come back to visit her until he is clean of drugs.
