Your slow cooker recipes are so useful for me because my apartment's oven has been broken for a year! I do all my cooking on stove top or toaster oven. I have a slow cooker but not a lot of experience with it. I love all this info you're sharing.

All recipes look delicious. My only problem using the crockpot is the cooking time of approximately 5 hours. I would need to be up before 4am to be able to eat these for breakfast 😂
I would invest in a digital crockpot with a keep warm feature. I have two crockpots for these reason. I don’t mind having two because sometimes I’ll use both at the same time for large gatherings. Now I have a rice cooker that happens to have a built in slow cooker feature with keep warm so I’m going to try that out. The rice cooker takes up less counter space. If you have an instant pot, those come with slow cooker features too.

You sure could. That would work! You could also get up a little earlier and set the crockpot to high. It would cook in half the time, but she would really need to keep an eye on it to make sure that it does not scorch on the bottom. Thank you so much for watching😀

I bought that Farmland diced ham a few weeks ago, just on a whim while I was shopping for bacon. OMG, that stuff is awesome! Where had it been all my life? 😋 I haven’t tried it in any breakfast dishes yet, but I am gonna use it now after seeing that yummy hash brown dish! And your trick with the paper towel/grease is a huge hit with my sisters. I did it on New Year’s Day when we made tacos, with the ground beef. My sisters asked me where I had learned that, I of course gave you the full credit and played one of your videos for them. I think they are now subscribed as well. The potatoes you made looked a lot like the ones my husband and I get at our favourite café. We always say we should make them to go with our weekend breakfasts but we never do it because neither of us can be bothered😂. I'm glad there's an easier way!

Hi Julia! I’m wondering if you’ve tried cooking the breakfast potatoes for the amount of time you said and then keeping them on keep warm until it’s time for breakfast? I’d like to start them the night before and am just wondering how they would turn out if they’re in the crockpot that long! Thanks for all the great recipes!

I bought that Farmland diced ham a few weeks ago, just on a whim while I was shopping for bacon. OMG, that stuff is awesome! Where had it been all my life? 😋 I haven’t tried it in any breakfast dishes yet, but I am gonna use it now after seeing that yummy hash brown dish! And your trick with the paper towel/grease is a huge hit with my sisters. I did it on New Year’s Day when we made tacos, with the ground beef. My sisters asked me where I had learned that, I of course gave you the full credit and played one of your videos for them. I think they are now subscribed as well. Happy New Year, and so happy to see the baby bump coming in nicely!! Hope everything goes great for you and your family in 2022!! 🥳🤩😉🥰
