I don't remember him "stuttering" during his 8 years as VP, nor do I remember him "stuttering" during his previous runs for the presidency, including 2008, when I (embarassingly) supported his campaign prior to him being tapped by Obama. In fact, I always thought one of Biden's strongest attributes was that he had a sharp tongue - but that was prior to 2019, when he had, by then, clearly lost more than a few steps. Trying to suggest that Biden has somehow always spoken so incoherently because of a "stutter" is basically just gaslighting. And it's claim that no one, outside of rabid Democrats, will take seriously. Biden is a mess...and it's not because of the stuttering problem that he corrected literally 6 decades ago.
