The whistle notes, the ad-libs and just the way it moves around a lot make it one of their hardest and most impressive title tracks. It was criminally under appreciated when it first dropped (probably because of the title - in terms of style and concept it is completely different from Bad Boy) but has gained a lot of respect from Reveluvs since then, myself included. The thing with red velvet is that the members have their own distinct colors but when they blend together, it just works, and its great! They are awesome individually but are superior together. And this barely happens in a mid-sized group.
