Perhaps you know her personally and therefore know that -: - They are ready to get pregnant - That they CAN get pregnant? Do you know the answers to these 2 suggestions by any chance? Perhaps she put on a bit and does not necessarily want anyone to notice and tell her? How about if they are struggling and praying? Do you know that such comments can potentially ruin somebody's day? Perhaps sink them into a place they don't want to be in OR Cause them to cry themselves to sleep? Have you thought about that?
