I was already impressed by the racing line detail on the bends as they are well thought out but that pit lane design concept is the best I have seen. My only concern is side drift might cause the car to fail to trigger the sensor but that might be a deliberate design to slow down the cars getting ready to enter the pits. The pit exit is fantastic and linked with a car having to slow slightly to enter the pits would make refuelling more realistic in terms of time penalty.
