I like this. Honestly, I was expecting her to be extremely broken but to me, she was pretty balanced. Every ability has a pretty long cool down. She has a lot of mobility but its not a bad a swift step imo. I’d give this an 8/10.
Her ult is going to be amazing to combo. Cass being damage boosted and healed during deadeye??? Soldier walking along with visor??? Reaper death blossoming?!? Hog During Whole Hog? Even Pharah’s ult will be useful. Juno is going to be a team wipe enabler.
Bro let’s not forget the other support you have on your team as well! Ana boost with her boost on a ulting hero is almost auto wipe. Or her and kiriko ulting would also be insane. Good luck if you on a team that doesn’t have her on it
With the drawback of only being in a specific space and goes in a straight line and forces your team to play in that area while Mercy's ult last longer the dmg boost is a lot larger effect 2 completely different ults with completely different purpose

Got some stats they might be a bit off, this is my first time doing something like this, but hopefully it helps. Juno notes Primary fire: 180 ammo 12 burst round 1.7 second reload time. 84 damage per burst, heals at the same rate, can’t head shot, 2 bursts + melee will kill. Hitscan Pulsar torpedos/ secondary fire: Deals 75 damage to enemies. 0.75 second lock one time, unlocks on if you lose LOS, 5 seconds to lock on. Heals 75 burst then 50 more over 4 seconds, 10 second cool down, not restored if cancelled. Glide boost: Initial dash 5 meters duration 4 seconds, similar to echo dash only vertical. Hyper ring: 16 second cool down, places 17 meters in front of Juno. Provides a 45% movement increase. 5 second duration. 10 meter diameter. Ultimate: 10 second duration, travels 20 meters forward in the direction Juno was looking at when ult was deployed. 45% damage increase on allies, also heals allies 175 hp per second, ult cost around the same as phara/ genji
some corrections: dash is only horizontal not vertical and damage boost seems to be 35% rather than 45% and it's 100 hp per second healing on ult. Also hyper ring i think is 50% speed boost.
The op half is just seeing the amount of abilities with no numbers attached. The useless half is looking at numbers assuming things won't change. Make her dmg or healing numbers too high or too low and see what happens

Why is it that the only supports we have are on the hero side... Lets get some dark gritty supports like please all we got is moira.
I like Juno a lot but I don't think she's insane like Stylosa has said on both UA-cam and TikTok. Personally, I'm underwhelmed by her mobility. I expected the mobility of something like a Mercy and Lucio hybrid that feels fast and fluid.

Speed ring gives juno a boost when she activates it and you also get another boost when you go through it. If you time it right you can make your boost last longer

New heroes being insane is kind of expected with Blizzard's philosophy of over buffing on release and then balancing/nerfing them after the hype is dialed down.
It shoots 12 ammo in a burst, that makes 15 bursts of either healing or damage. It doesn't look like it can fire fully automatic, and might fire a little slower than Baptiste's gun on top of being a projectile weapon instead of hitscan.
@@tau-5794 Try her out in game if you can. It is hitscan, and it's 3 bursts to kill a squishy. Damage fall off range is pretty short, and the spread makes it pretty bad past like 15 meters, so I do think Baptiste has a better primary.
They took echo. Made her primary fire a hybrid of hit scan, and projectile Baptiste, gave her alt fire a lock on mode, nerfed her flight mechanic. As a high ELO support Maine I absolutely love it and plan to make her my new main moving forward. But you cannot tell me that they didn’t plan on making her a dps originally, and then ultimately pivoted
i think you are just gonna use the torpedoes for ult charge, sort of like how ashe uses dynamite. if you hit all 9 players that are in the game with you it is probably a substantial ammount of ult charge
After playing a bit when landed on in MH, I appreciate the assist to break through choke points regardless opposing defense, though do worry that Mercy will be reworked in part response to powercreep and her mobility changed. GA is core to why Mercy is so satisfying.
Not sure if anyone else figured it out yet, but if you stand behind the training bot opposite the enemy bot and shoot, you can heal it and damage the other bot at the same time. So the bullet is passing through.

Experimenting with her other abilities seems well enough, though GA *simply must* maintain as is at minimum.
I don’t like how the torpedoes are just a one and done cooldown ability. I think it would be cooler if they had an ammo system the recharged over time to a cap of 9. This might help some of the people who dislike the auto-aim by increasing skill expression.

Personally I think they should make it so when you activate glide boost it rests your double jump. So you can double jump, glide boost then jump again.
I like her a lot. I wish the mobility was more like Lucio but I haven't had enough time with it to really let it click yet. I wish the torpedoes had to be aimed with better stats or something so it'd be more fun to use, but overall I want more time with the character to see. This character feels too complex to accurately test in two days
The Ring gives you the speed boost always on default. u dont need to run thru the ring urself. ALSO if you hit ur frinds with the initial projectile they also insta get the speed boost from just that.
I'm pleasantly surprised. Healing requires aim, so not dumbing the game down. No insane override like suzu. The mobility creep is real but imo that could be fine if updated across the board so that dps have more chase down potential. Imo it's all about giving agency and counterplay options to players. I for one hate playing ana because it's just a claustrophobic and sweaty experience not having any mobility and every shot is crucial to hit
Her ultimate will help with pushes and chokes but from what it looks like i imagine it wont be completely broken. It looks like an ultimate that will be on a fairly short cool down
Tip: when she uses hyper ring she doesn't need to actually go through the ring for the boost, she gets the boost as soon as she uses the ability, so you don't have to commit to moving through the ring if you are running away.
think of it as 15 ammo because its essentially just 15 shots of burst fires. each burst has 12 bullets and 7 damage per bullet. 84 total damage with no headshot and decent falloff. its not that crazy.

Ngl i think she feels insanely balanced right now. Maybe extend the duration of her speed boost from the ring a little, but other than that shes perfect
Just looking at the kit, I think the speed boost is a bad fit for her, and I also think her hover passive should keep in the air a lot longer in order to be true 0 gravity
Thankfully she doesn't have any burst healing like a lot of other support, or insane utility like another immortality (lamp/suzu/lifegrip) so I think she is balanced
I gues sthe trade off for the Ultimate is fair enough. As hilarious as it would be to think you can just ion cannon the enemy team, I guess having it act more as a traveling healing/attack booster works out well too. Maybe it would have overlapped with Moira's Ult a bit too much if it could damage too (but I guess we'll see if they change that in the future; if they do decide to change it). Either way, looks like a fun new support character to enjoy when she comes out later.
Overall she feels very weak, it's just her ult is great to balance out her kit. She's somewhere between Mercy and Moira in survivability, and Ana and kiriko when it comes to healing. I suspect they will nerf her healing and Ult so she will only be mid tier, if they don't nerf anything she will be slightly below Bap, and below Ana, Kiri and (lucio in certain comps).

From my testing you don't 'charge' the torpedos, it's a flat amount, also they burst heal and then heal over time

I haven't been able to test her myself, but I can imagine Orbital ray + Kitsune is going to be OP AF. The amount of healing sounds insane.

Same feels weird to me that you can’t double jump shift then double jump again. If you double jump before her glide you’re locked in place
They should’ve given her an initial boost like echo; that would’ve felt really nice to have
The double jump is much less fluid than Genji's, makes you feel like you hit a ceiling. Same goes for the flight compared to Echo.

I think not at the same time, only if ally is full healed you pass through to damage the enemy
it works the same way as ana. if ally is fully healed, the bullet passes through and it can hit enemies. otherwise, it just heals them.

I love it. She’s the ultimate team fight support. A lot of the supports have too much downtime
I wish the ultimate was a bit more interesting. It looks awesome, but healing and damage boost is kinda boring.
I don’t like how the torpedoes are just a one and done cooldown ability. I think it would be cooler if they had an ammo system the recharged over time to a cap of 9. This might help some of the people who dislike the auto-aim by increasing skill expression.

Personally I think they should make it so when you activate glide boost it rests your double jump. So you can double jump, glide boost then jump again.
Great video! I'm a Mercy main, but seeing Juno in action makes me want to try her out.
I like her a lot. I wish the mobility was more like Lucio but I haven't had enough time with it to really let it click yet. I wish the torpedoes had to be aimed with better stats or something so it'd be more fun to use, but overall I want more time with the character to see. This character feels too complex to accurately test in two days
im pretty sure the ring gives you the speed boost when juno uses it but everyone else has to walk through
The Ring gives you the speed boost always on default. u dont need to run thru the ring urself. ALSO if you hit ur frinds with the initial projectile they also insta get the speed boost from just that.
I'm pleasantly surprised. Healing requires aim, so not dumbing the game down. No insane override like suzu. The mobility creep is real but imo that could be fine if updated across the board so that dps have more chase down potential. Imo it's all about giving agency and counterplay options to players. I for one hate playing ana because it's just a claustrophobic and sweaty experience not having any mobility and every shot is crucial to hit
Her ultimate will help with pushes and chokes but from what it looks like i imagine it wont be completely broken.

Tip: when she uses hyper ring she doesn't need to actually go through the ring for the boost, she gets the boost as soon as she uses the ability, so you don't have to commit to moving through the ring if you are running away.
Tried out on my my lunch break. She feels great! Absolutely adore her. Hopefully those torpedoes aren’t too oppressive in comp.
As for me, I was hoping she would be able to run on walls/ceiling with some kind of low gravity boots.
the ult reminds me of Atlas ult from smite but travel distance is short & it doesn't damage enemies
180 mag size is crazy
think of it as 15 ammo because its essentially just 15 shots of burst fires. each burst has 12 bullets and 7 damage per bullet. 84 total damage with no headshot and decent falloff. its not that crazy.

Primary fire healing teammates and damaging enemies is fantastic. Kinda surprised Ana is the only other healer that does this.
Ngl i think she feels insanely balanced right now. Maybe extend the duration of her speed boost from the ring a little, but other than that shes perfect

Just looking at the kit, I think the speed boost is a bad fit for her, and I also think her hover passive should keep in the air a lot longer in order to be true 0 gravity
I could be wrong but I think her primary fire doesn’t do critical damage with head shots.
Thankfully she doesn't have any burst healing like a lot of other support, or insane utility like another immortality (lamp/suzu/lifegrip) so I think she is balanced

I gues sthe trade off for the Ultimate is fair enough. As hilarious as it would be to think you can just ion cannon the enemy team, I guess having it act more as a traveling healing/attack booster works out well too. Maybe it would have overlapped with Moira's Ult a bit too much if it could damage too (but I guess we'll see if they change that in the future; if they do decide to change it).
Either way, looks like a fun new support character to enjoy when she comes out later.
I wish there were numbers in this video ie how much each shot / burst healing does or how much healing the ult gives.

yeah if you move with tyhe beam and never miss a shot... or it doesn't force the fight past it's indented location

Like Mauga, she minimises the value of mechanical skill, whilst putting emphasis on cooldown management.
Overall she feels very weak, it's just her ult is great to balance out her kit. She's somewhere between Mercy and Moira in survivability, and Ana and kiriko when it comes to healing. I suspect they will nerf her healing and Ult so she will only be mid tier, if they don't nerf anything she will be slightly below Bap, and below Ana, Kiri and (lucio in certain comps).

the alt fire feels pretty bad. They should make it so it automatically fires on release rather than needing to fire it again.
As soon as Mauga traps your allies in his ult, launch Junos inside. Makes him feel useless and turns the tables on his ult.
