Fallopian tubes, aka oviducts.
Yes, the spelling matters
Badly written?? EVERY TV show is badly written, they all have some " artistic license " if you can't stand it read a book, oh wait, same there, it is all a fantasy and or escapism, none of it is real.
16 and menopause? Oukay
It was done on the reservation
That's what they did on Rez clinics back then. Complete hysterectomy.
where were you John???
The father did not know anything because he was trying to provide. Emotional neglect is the worse emotion someone could have. I speak from experience. This is why they are dysfunctional.
This is 100% beth's fault
Not
did this train wreck of a human being just say Jaimie doesn't have the "patience"? Man did they do it right when they created her character, assuming they wanted to have someone there to hate with every fiber of your being.
She would been an amazing mother❤
His biggest mistake was not telling her father about her pregnancy, don't know if her mother was alive back then
She wasn’t
Her mother wasn’t alive
That's the thing. I don't think she even told John she got pregnant at all by Rip
@@joshuarosen1862 but still, Jamie had no right to take that away from her
No one forced her
Their outfits are 🔥🔥🔥
I mean John characters has no one to really blame other than himself, imagine your kids are so afraid of telling you the truth that they'd go to such drastic measure to avoid you finding it.
Beth is the True Villain
She was MADE into a villain, by Jamie.
Love the coat
The blame is the clinic’s.
This is why I love this show!!!!!
So she asked to end a pregnancy...he does it for her and now he's to blame because SHE can't have kids?! How is that his fault?!
She was too young, and she was scared
I feel like weather he did it out of spite or not isn’t even the biggest issue. It’s the fact that he kept it from her that’s really the problem. Because if he truly thought he was doing the best for her why wouldn’t he tell her right away? The fact the he kept it from her just proves that he knew he was in the wrong.
One of the best scenes on Yellowstone
Actually it's pretty weak. They didn't even film a scene when she tells her dad what happened. Because it would make her look like the fool. Bad writing.
@@johncostello9356true
@@johncostello9356if you followed the show at all, you already knew by this point. No explanation was necessary 🤷♀️
that storyline was way to over the top for me, but this is a great scene
Maybe it's over the top because you've never had your reproductive organs removed without your consent... But plenty of women have... Back in the 90's they did it regularly to teenage and single mothers. Your ignorance is sad.
I've never watched this show, I just clicked on it... but exactly how does a brother have anything do with his sister not being able to have childern?
where does it show or say exactly what happened? What did Jamie do?
In an episode when Beth is young she gets pregnant and asked Jamie to help her. He takes her to a clinic that salon sterilizes her. He agrees to it without her knowledge
They ask a teenager who brought in a teenager to agree to a sterilization? Nope!
@@cybiltipton7979Jesus. Did he just have no idea what to do? Or like did he do it on purpose? Is this like an of Mice and Men moment?
@@seerofsorrowhe didn’t know what to do. He took her to an Indian Reservation because they didn’t want their father to find out. At the reservation they were sterilizing along with abortions. That was the only option there so rather than risk going into town and of course everyone would know who she was
He knew and he did it on purpose. The receptionist/nurse told him what would be done before he signed the form. He's always wanted the ranch for himself, and by sterilizing Beth, he no longer has to share with any heirs she might've given birth to in the future. The only real obstacle left to him being John's only inheritor is Tate, and given his knowledge of the law, I'm sure he'll find some loophole to rob Tate of his share of the ranch before he is old enough to claim it.@seerofsorrow
And this is why I never hated Jamie in the show. Beth was immature and irresponsible.
It's really the parent fault if your child is too afraid to come to you about issues, not the child (Jamie/Beth)
SHE WAS 15 and did not ask to be sterile. Baby daddy was how old? Your type of thinking needs to stop
An earlier episode hinted that Beth and Rip were messing around when they were teenagers and she got pregnant, so it's really her fault she can't have children. Kinda strange that Rip hasn't figured that out considering they mess around in bed a lot
Jamie is evil and vindictive in his own right. He's made utterly horrific decisions the whole series
@@opalanuitchoutte3038And downplaying the severity of an action because of age is thinking that needs to stop too. She was old enough to make her choices in her mind, so she should be old enough to handle the consequences
She said she had a hysterectomy. That was not possible. She would’ve been in a hospital for a week or more and taken at least six weeks more to recover.
She had her tubes tied. I stopped watching the show after this episode because of the laziness in not getting it right.
❤❤❤
They should of shown her telling him!!!
i cant really blame jamie for his choice, was it wrong? yes. but he thought of the ranch just like John, he was raised for the ranch just like the other kids, you can point fingers at all the duttons except kayce he was too young... Like where was Lee the oldest? why did she go to jamie the one she always picked on? why didnt she go to John? cause hes so unapproachable
She would have been an awful mother anyway...
We'll never know
context please?
I've seen this one. Oh dear watch out
Who ever posted this can you post more about Jamie theres not enough of his best moments
For real. I'm tired of the Beth and John content...
Yes please!!
Just came here to say you are in so much pain after surgery theres no way shed be able to just saunter back to the barn. Shed need help getting up n down
THIS! like this is major surgery.
Kevin Costner, doesn't quiet nail the "all for nothing" despair and anger at the fence.
Not sure if that was his idea, or, the directors, or the writers.
Jamie's biggest flaw is his lack of remorse. Nothing is EVER his fault.
He’s not she got pregnant not him
Meanwhile, Beth is STILL lying to Rip about her betrayal and married him under a false pretense. That woman is incapable of remorse, even with Rip
@@joe3755How did she betray Rip? He’s the one who got her pregnant when they were teens.
Last I checked, it takes two to get pregnant.
I can relate to Beth.
In regards to the bad blood between Jamie and Beth, both were at fault and both share blame. They both handled the situation the best they thought they could at the time. They were both kids and BOTH scared. They BOTH made mistakes. That’s just life. They’ve been living with the consequences of BOTH of THEIR actions ever since. And then were molded into the people they’ve become presently. That is just life. They are BOTH victims of each other’s actions and I believe they each deserve some grace. Especially from each other.
You guys what season is this???5? Why don't I remember this scene 😭
S3 e6
@georgeberg2106 oh wow interesting. Thank you!
i just hate the fact they didn't show her tell john, they just jumped to him going in the house
i would've liked to see his reaction to being told
If Beth was 15 years old at the time, what does this say about Rip?
He was same age, both were minors
@@TheTweetybird1122Jamie wasn’t much older but people still lack like he was supposed to know better
@@Zarab923big difference between 22 & 16.
john dutton has got to be the worst kinda father. he the kinda character you love and hate at the same time ,,the writers really need to show a reconcilliation part between him and jamie
Why that isn't his real dad thats why if u watch Yellowstone he actually sees his real dad he has great hair u need to watch more 😊😅
@littlebigkicker are the people who you are replying to deleting messages? All I see is barely coherent comments from you
@@Barrythebarnabas um no i already repyed to them and if they did who cares?
2:28 That's hilarious 😅
Seeing a fully grown man (a Harvard educated attorney, no less) run from his daddy is absolutely hilarious
Its not his fault he did what he could with the time he was given
I haven't seen all of the show. Did Jamie know that Beth was going to be sterilized or did he simply take her to the first doctor he could find and they just did it? How responsible for this is he?
Both of these are true. They felt they couldn't go to a normal clinic because their name was known and John would've found out.
The clinic told him. He didn't tell Beth before agreeing to it.
Why & how did the brother sign off on a forced hysterectomy?
Watch the original episode and all will be revealed.
