The video was pretty good but instead of having a group of people all saying the same thing (unless its a chant or something) try having just 1 person saying that thing and instead of full on bawling their eyes out like izuku at the start of the year try making it so that the tears evolve like 1st stage is a couple droplets then a little more then the line of tears and if its like a death then you should have the thicker lines of tears but try making it so that all tears are in sync make some of the softer people bawl their eyes out sooner and if the people werent that close to them or didnt know them then only a couple tears another thing is try to make it so that the mouths look like what they are saying (you dont have to make every syllable look like its coming out) and one final thing is try having more people move at the same time not all doing the same thing but try having a little more involvement but every character is different and they wouldnt usually act the same
