The noisy Landmark in the guest kitchen is caused by the shades being loose (as you already know). You should tighten them to remove excess buzzing. 4. You should check the bearings on the Landmark in the laundry room to see they need repairing.

Wish I could afford to move out of my parents house and live in a house or guest house like those that were mentioned, if not then a similar house up here in Washington state, sadly it would only be me living there and no one else, not even a special lady friend.
