The problem in the US police agencies' it is filled with cronies...it very hierarchy driven. The "in" people get to make it to the SWAT teams. Not necessarily the Best trained or qualified. I experienced that early in my career....That's why I left Became US Spec Ops JSOC..... Kalah is a great system.....
