Hey all, I hope you enjoy the video! Just a friendly reminder that the schematics, world downloads, and my resource pack can all be found in the description.
You should add ‘story bits’ to the place, like a smuggler docked under the bridge, or a boat that sank in the river, or if that’s too far ahead, try adding more sand along the waterline as that’s where it’d logically end up
Breaking up the stone banks with other type of rock would be nice, even just little spots or veins. Either darker rock or even just even different colored.
I think (and hope) that this Series will last very long. He plays it very smart and safe and at this point it takes a very stupid moment for him to die.
I think you should add more greeneries among the stone, like small trees, bushes, grass and such to give it some more color. You rarely see just bare rocks in real life
I think the stone area is needed more greenery to make it stand out. And I hope the series will last for a long time cuz’ I really enjoy watching them.
You could add some details in the rockwork such as small trees or even some sewage grates eroding the rock, could really help as some variety in color and texture
Your dedication to the grind really shines in this series. I love how your not afraid to do the tedious tasks even though I'm sure they may be a pain. Keep up the great work!
I've been watching this series since the start and I can't believe you have only 13k subs, the quality is worthy of 130. This channel is gonna go places
I wonder why that channel has only 13k subbs, it should have much more because these videos are amazing quality and very eye friendly views, I really appreciate your work, try to keep it up🫶
a basic player may be not much interested these ep but an advance minecraft player and experienced player will know how tough this project is , love you bro
hey i lost my dog recently and it’s hard and i’m sure there’s lots of other stressful and difficult things going on in your life but just remember there are always people to reach out to who care about you even when there feels like there’s not so just talk to someone about how you feel. i’m sure your dog was the loveliest pet and i’m so sorry for your loss but time does heal and your dog will always have a special place in your heart. so just work through it and don’t be afraid to ask for help and you’ll be able to look back on all the lovely memories with your dog and you can remember how lovely they were
People in yt comments really aren't equipped to help you deal with things like that. I would suggest you reach out to a school counselor or tell a teacher whom you trust, or any adult you trust honestly
I love how your now experiment with gradients in your terraforming. I saw you added a little bit of highlights to the terrain of your map island with light gray wool. I would recommend doing the same with the rock walls. Also try experiment with shadows using darker blocks like cobble/deepslate/gray wool/ stonebrick. Putting these darker blocks where shadows would be really makes the shapes pop and adds a fake sense of dimension.
Woow, all of this is looking beautiful (especially with shaders on - magical)! I saw someone comment that you should add little things like sunken boats and stuff to make the river and its surroundings a bit more 'lived-in'. I think it's a good idea! It'll also add variety to the shore. Great video, as always!
Hey Shaw, just wanted to say what a breath of fresh air your content is. Honestly I see your vision with the medieval city and I hope your channel continues to grow as your building style and texture pack is uniquely amazing.
On the riverbanks there could be a small toll House with a sideways landing bridge since its not the big harbour only small ships can pass and it doesnt need to be huge. I am sure it would make it much more immersive, aside from that great video as always. Keep up the good work.
it would be super nice if you could keep a copy of your builds after each episode and when the project is done, make a final timelapse where we can see the project from start to finish, with seemless transitions !

I keep forgetting this is all a survival hardcore world... This is amazing!
You’re the sole reason I enjoy Minecraft still. Your attention to detail and accuracy make your builds look incredible. Keep it up 👌🏼

low key wish this wasn't hardcore. the build style, project, and pace are just so perfect I never want it to end.

the city's coming along beautifully! it could be neat to add some geologic details in the rock- strata, foliation, dikes, etc.
One of the best custom rivers at this size.
Absolutely beatiful!

Have you upgraded your PC? Seem to have gained a few frames
I have found a way to optimise it but I should be upgrading it shortly so that I can also run shaders outside of replays!
I miss my dog and feel suicidal

I didn't notice you filled them all up till you mentioned it. You're mad for that but this is so good, don't make us wait too long for the next one :
