Fordham University - Private University. Private grounds. You need permits usually to protest on the grounds. So, instead of acting their age and knowing the law and not protesting in a public place, they unlawfully encamp and assemble. Don't feel bad at all for the arrests, if I had to get to class and 40 tents were blocking me I would be pissed. Trespass, arrest, they can deal with the consequences for not knowing better.

What’s funny well not funny really is that when they find out about the consequences of their actions. Which is affecting a lot of others around them they cry foal. What do you mean I might not graduate now and lose my tuition. Well actions do matter. Are they above the Jan 6 ers that protested them selves.

There is no such thing as a right to protest in The United States.
    1st Amendment:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."
Peaceably to assemble in a public forum is a right subject to time, place and manner restrictions.
There is no such right granted in limited public forums or upon private property.
A great number of restrictions may be applied in a limited public forum and even more restrictions may be applied on private property. This includes restrictions on speech.

Domestic funding instead of funding for foreign wars.
