They're actually the pioneer in a lot of things, from the lightsticks and changing haircolors/hairstyles, tattoos, going shirtless. They don't keep up with the "good boy idol" image. They're Big BIG in Korea, Korean people say that BIGBANG is like picking 5 superstars and form into one group. They're BIG and respected as solo artist.
They have a song for every mood, hope you'll dive more into them especially their ballads. The group produce compose and write their own music and is very involved in everything from producing to stages, concerts.
They also pioneered the iconic finger hearts you see so often today too. I think it was G-Dragon that came up with it.
I've often told people that think if you took N'Sync - but all five members were as talented and as famous as JT - that's how huge Big Bang is

You need to see BigBang live 😎 Watch their performance at MAMA Awards 2015 in their chanel . BigBang MVs can be wild and crazy but live performances are out of this planet cool . Is all about the audience , they make the distance between stage and fans disapear. Is a party but you dont watch it from the other side of the street they make you a part of it . They gave up mostly on sincronised dancing and concentrate on interactions with the audience. They made the audience at an award show scream encore
