We will be there on Princess in July 2024. Was there a taxi line at this port? We have cruised around the UK and many times there was taxi's to take you around. Loved your video!!! Thanks
Thanks for your comment, glad you liked the video! In all honesty we cannot remember seeing a cab rank at the port, all we saw were tour buses and public buses, which either took you right into town or to the nearest metro station where you could change and continue into town. If cabs ARE available, it cannot be more than a 20-minute fare. Have a fantastic time on your cruise!
Such a great video and you are inspiring me to go on a cruise! I absolutely love Copenhagen and it's one of my favourite cities in the whole world. // Sådan en god video, og du inspirerer mig til at tage på krydstogt! Jeg er helt vild med København, og det er en af mine yndlingsbyer i hele verden.
Hey Toby! Honestly the worst thing about cruising is that you only get to spend one day in a place (usually) and having never been to Copenhagen before, I didn't really know what to expect, but it quickly became one of my all time favourite cities. Glen and I are planning a long weekend there next Summer! Thank you so much for watching the channel and I'm so pleased you're enjoying the cruise videos. We've got 3 more cruises booked over the next 15 months, so there will be more stuff coming after this series. I've certainly got the bug to make more of these types of videos!
We are going on the same cruise in August. We have also booked the evening canal cruise is the hour at Tivoli Gardens part of that excursion? Thanks for the insight of what we have to come
Yeah, you do the canal tour first, which is fantastic and then the coach takes you to Tivoli afterwards! We were disappointed to only get an hour at Tivoli but since it was an evening excursion we decided to do it through princess as we go back about 20 mins before sail away. (and that's cutting it a bit fine for us, I'd be panicking if we'd done it independently!)
I think you have the camera too close. Having the camera further back from your face would help, and also help with all the chewing and swallowing noises that are on your videos
HI, thanks for your feedback I am aware of the issues and discovered (after the fact) that the input sensitivity on the audio was far to high as it was set up for a shotgun mic - I then swapped this for a wireless mic but forgot to turn down the sensitivity. I ended up spending about £200 on software to fix it, but it couldn't get rid of it all. The crop was due because I used Catalyst Browse which is a post-production stabilisation software which takes the camera shake away from when I'm holding the camera and walking/talking. Though the software is fantastic, the crop is quite aggressive, so I bought recently a DJI Ronin RS3 Gimbal which I intend to take on my next trip, I did some tests on a recent hiking video (out soon) and it came out fantastic and had fixed a lot of the audio issues. I'm still learning to use it, (gimbal work is harder than it looks!) But by the time we sail on Wonder in October the footage and audio should be much improved! Again, thanks for watching and for your constructive feedback. filming food is very different from travel vlogging, and I'm learning every single day how to get better. Ant 😃
@@AntandGlen thanks for the explanation, that really helps! I really enjoy watching your videos but am a bit sensitive to sensory input (i.e. what other people find acceptable noise can be excruciating for me!) In life headphones help a lot. Your really detailed reply helps me a lot, it sort of helps me relax to know that. I can't explain it, but thanks! PS. Cruising is on my bucket list, of course with my headphones when the noise gets too much

You mentioned a blog about short ribs - I seemed to have missed that. Where do I find it pls?
