They could do another series based on The Outpost setting/universe. But I think ending the current story in season 4 is quite safe play. I witnessed so many shows go down in quality after 3-4 seasons: Vikings, Once Upon A Time, Mentalist, etc.

Well since Season 5 was Officially Canceled, unfortunately none of the things we wanted to see will ever happen.

yeah, The Outpost have improved significantly since the cringy season 1, CW are afraid it will stop fitting its "quality standards" if it goes on
