- So many Mi bluetooth speaker users are getting this problem that if in any case their speaker get dropped after that their bluetooth speaker is not working properly i.e it is creating different sound and looks like some plastic part has been broken inside.
SO THIS VIDEO WILL HELP YOU TO OVERCOME FROM THIS SITUATION.
Also this video will help you to learn how to open Bluetooth speaker , if in case you want to give a try please be careful that the upper plate is connected with MIC (as shown in video) so open it as slowly and carefully you can.
After opening Screw as shown in video, pull the motherboard of this speaker downwards, press it by using your thumb
*PRESS IT HARDLY & again CAREFULLY*

Thanks mate, helped me to open my speaker. In my case it wasn't some waste but the left driver wasn't stuck properly into it's mount, click back, perrect sound. The speaker probably fell to the floor before, I can imagine this problem is very common as well.
Same, left speaker unleash and it sounds like a piece of the left speaker came off and made it sound like a tin can...

Excelent video! Thanks! Unfortunately my speaker magnet separated from the coil (after a fall) so i took de magnet out, and at least i can use it with one speaker without distortion.

son buenos parlantes hace 5 años compre uno q es con microsd version china continental, los parlante se despegan solo lo coloque en su lugar y volvi a pegar, la bateria dura todos estos años.

please keep Laptop/mobile volume less than 50% before connecting to Mi Bluetooth speaker. Hope this will solve.

Good afternoon!!! I am from Brazil and I have a problem similar to yours. It started today, after 11 months of use. Even when paired with my smartphone, the sound did not come out or I had a synchronization problem ... I removed the connection and now, the Mi Speaker no longer wants to pair with any device. 😢

No consigo sacar la carcasa de aluminio, ya lo desarme completamente. Creo que tiene arena de playa. Algún consejo?
Hola, estuve a punto de tirarlo, mismo problema, no podía sacarlo de la carcasa, en el último intento probé poniendo un destornillador plano pequeño ( de 3mm aprox.) como palanca entre la parte más angosta de la carcasa y el armazón de plástico del parlante (lo que es la parte trasera de dicho armazón), lentamente, de a dos milímetros por lado lo fui palanqueando hasta unos 4/5 cm. después con el mango del mismo destornillador fui empujando haciendo bastante fuerza. No se como hacen los que suben estos videos, a mí me costó mucho poder sacarlo.

Original Mi speaker have micro SD slot on front side...
Original Mi speaker have red-white light ring around play key and not blue or other colors...
imade4guru It's a international version. there is no SD card slot.
The Chinese version has micro SD card.
there are 2 version. one with sd and one without
