+Andy Lee I did park in there. I don't remember where in the garage I parked. It was as if no one thoroughly cleaned it since it was built.

No homeless or anything though? With all the homeless around there i'd be surprised if their weren't any.

+Andy Lee I must have the magic touch or something...I've never seen homeless there unless they are the only people besides dead mall enthusiasts there ever.
I've never encountered anyone in the parking garage except students (I parked in it when I visited UNO).
