I have a locomotor disability in left leg due to accident in 2019 . When I was examined by disability assessment body doctors declared 25 percent disability in my left leg. But according to rules if we have disability which is less than 40 percent in rajasthan any disability certificate cannot be issued. So I didnot get any disability certificate. They only mention disability and sent us a rejection of disability certificate.
So according to govt rule a candidate less than 40 percent disabiliity is not a PWD candidate chahe disability 39 percent bhi kyo na ho because less than 40 percent ka disability certificate number bhi issue nahi hota only rejection of certificate hi likha aata h.

locomotor disability-one leg (OL)
But because of less than 40 percent disability I cannot mention it in my form beacuse I didnot have any disability certificate and certificate number.
But when I read notification
PWD (OL) is allowed in every post and even it is allowed in-
(1) Cgst inspector
(2) Income tax inspector
(3) almost every department

But what will happen in medical examination what they will make me unfit because of my leg disability (my leg is below knee is partial paralysis because of this my ankle movement of upward yani doctor ki bhasa me bole to I have weak dorsification condition called footdrop and a rod in my left leg and due to surgery it is about 30 cm long surgery marks is clearly visible. What will I lost my job ?but in same situation PWD (Ol) candidate is allowed

Agar aapke pass special qualification hogi toh aapka selection ho jayega but sirf 10th ki marksheet ke base pe apply Kiya hoga toh 150 pe bhi selection nahi hoga. This is reality. Toh aap aage ki exam pe focus karo.
