Why ‘Conversion Practices’ legislation is unworkable

- On Friday 1st March, MPs debated the Conversion Practices (Prohibition) Bill. The Bill failed to get enough support from MPs and so did not progress through parliament.
Throughout the debate, concerns were raise about the workability of the Bill, the dangers of criminalising parents and teachers and the chilling effect on those with gender critical views.
This video is a highlight of those speeches.
