Thanks Leo. Been very happy with them so. Matter of fact I bought 2 more sets for my garage because I have bad ballast in my fluorescent fixtures now. Sláinte
I've been looking for an alternative lighting for my garage besides my big ass shop fluoresent lighting fixtures. The ballast kept blowing out any type of LED I tried in it. I just want something brighter for the garage overall, as well as some lighting over my kettles when brewing. This seems to be a great solution. I went ahead and ordered these to try. Thanks for the suggestion! Cheers Dennis.
Regarding that hop screen, I stopped using mine because I felt utilization was extremely low… although it may be related to how I used it (I set it on the bottom of the kettle near the heating element). I just dump hops in at this point, but I might start doing a spider or bags held over the element.
Great video. Do you have a link to where you got your grain basket? I know in a previous video you stated you think you got it from Wal-Mart I believe. Thanks in advance and keep up the great work.
That’s a great question. I believe i did. Would you think a video of a break down of my system and links to where I got it would be interesting content. Thought about doing it
@@woodshedbrewingco.481 Definitely. I'm new to brewing and still figuring out my all-in-on Klarstein (Brew Monk) 30L system so I'm always looking for ideas based on what other brewers such as yourself are using/doing. Thought the grain basket might work better then the mault pipe.
@@woodshedbrewingco.481 No. I was introduced to brewing two yrs ago by some neighbors and started brewing myself last year. I started following you and some other brewers, Brewtubers as you call them (along with that channel as well) but a lot of the content is either old or not on a similar system to mine. None the less I still learn as much as I can from them amd try to put into practice what I can. Its all about learning and having fun for me.
Enjoyed the video very much . I will check into those lights
Lighting looks really good! Cheers!

I think you will like the lights. I’ve ordered 2 more sets for my garage. Having the same issues with bad ballasts
@@woodshedbrewingco.481 The ballasts have annoyed me long enough lol.

@@mgthegame3338 cool. I’ll plan to do that then if it’s helpful. I hope to do that soon for ya!!
Do you happen to have a homebrew club since your new to brewing?
