I have not heard of this issue with my recent clients that purchased Toll Bros home.

The music was a vibe, and it didn't bother me at all. The house is nice. This house would cost around 900k where I live.

So, no one is going to say anything about the peel n stick on the outside of the house?? I know they said it is rain, wind, and heat resistant, but I don't think they were expecting for it to be outside in 24/7.
Industrial carpet is the second cheapest thing you can put into a home outside of fiberglass tubs, peel n stick, and, faux beams, mirrors that are not framed.
Also, why on earth would I want my office right next to the family room or the kitchen?? Imagine being on a TEAMS call and someone is cooking, you are going to hear pots and pans, etc.
I love your hustle sugar ,but for $775K+ I need my bedroom to be 20x20+, cladded tub, jets, AND jets in the shower with a bench.
