    Sorry for the spam I'm just catching up on UA-cam here got a shift at work where I've got free time. Another informative video. I do see a lot of hyper extension and I used to be guilty of this :( so gutted I missed this day too I hope there will be another one. I'd love to meet you guys and Eric or any of the 3dmj guys.

    great video. ESPECIALLY the part about the pelvic tilt. You may be the only one mentioning it, so thanks. Also seems this does not give a full range of motion for the glutes as in the hip rotation machine. what do you think?

    That's a nice two-fer. Seems like the abs will get a good amount of activation too, without pulling the hip flexors in.

    Great vid, to the point and informative.
    P.s. Can't believe the pyramid books aren't mentioned in the description. One of the few books that actually are worth reading, even for a experienced atlete with over 15 years of experience like myself.

    I am really quad dominant and have a hard time feeling this in my glutes. I do better with the feet-elevated glute bridge, but that's hard to load with heavy weight. Any additional advice?

      Late reply lol but the American Hip Thrust is a good choice. Bret Contreras has videos on how to perform them.

      ​@@ATimelessParadox as a glute dominant lifter I'm both jealous and confused. Hip thrusts aren't felt in your damn glutes? Are you Hank Hill by chance?

    What's your opinion on cable kickbacks, are they really worth it? Seems like all women in social media fitness do this exercise, I'm a female too. Just want to know if it's worth my time?
