Oh man, Nick really kind messed up this scene. If he had spoken a but moe clearly, there wouldn't be this endless discussion on what he is saying and on who is older.
This is not the only scene in which they talk about who is older or younger. The writers messed it up though because Jay was the younger at some point according to one of Jesse's tweets, and then they messed it up and now nobody knows
the only people that messed up are the writers for not remembering what they wrote, he clearly says older brother, even the subtitles on every streaming service write older brother if you watch it with subtitles. When med hadn't started yet they made Will the younger brother. Then Med became it's own show and they suddenly switched it around and Will was the older brother and Jay the younger.
