Friends try my receipe for namak pada. 500 grams maida 200 grams daldal Salt as per taste Ajwain 2 tsp Water to make the dough Oil for frying Add daldal in maida and mix well then ad ajwain, salt and water. Make sure the maida should be kneaded like puri maida. Don't use much water. Keep it to rest for 10 mins. After that roll, cut and fry as shown in video. I am sure my receipe will give good taste
+Manipurnima G Probably they were not fried until done, or they were cut very thick. Suggest you to watch the video and the recipe below the video and try again. I am sure you will get them.

wheat flour is healthy but wont keep the pedas crisp. All purpose always for crispy snacks like these.
Sharda maharjan you can use 1 cup white flour and 1 cup wheat flour it vl keep crispy.
