    Q24 ) Sir Folic acid absorption will occur from jejunum so if it’s resected macrocytic anemia can occur ? Right ?

    And the question was different
    They were how can a cell present both igM and igD on the surface

    Sir the 7th question was not about movement, rather it asked about adhesion and the option was VLA-4

      actually to chose single best ans, we chose jejunum

      I think duodenum will be a better answer because Duodenum =Iron Absorption and resection will certainly lead to Microcytic Anemia.

      @@drpraveen1603 sir I think jejunum is very important site for folate absorption....stomach Is required for IF, ileum for IF receptor,and jejunum primarily concerned with folate absorption .....but if you cut
      duodenum primarily iron absorption is hampered.....in question they clearly mentioned only MACROCYTIC......if duodenum was gone PBS showing MICRO and MACROCYTIC both !!
