And secondly if the legal profession and judiciary is independant and country's priority which can ensure parity people and the state, only then things can be set right!

Aoa sir. All those who comment & follow you, do appreciate your efforts to enlighten us all on such important and core national issues. You have very rightly pointed out the issue of feudalism which has entrenched our societies and to which we all are mentally enslaved. The blind following of political parties & their feudal lords irrespective of how corrupt they are, is a case in point. It will probably take another century to change this mental slavery mindset when votes will no more be casted on the basis of "Biraadri-ism". To cut it short, sir is it logical to draw lessons from US / West history where people are "self disciplined" and give a damn on "Log kya kahein gy?" etc. Although it is good to study successful people and reasons behind their success but i think at this point of time, it is not possible for Pakistanis to follow the same track of westerners who have learned and acheived after repeated failures / losses / brutal wars in last 200 years (30, 100 yearsof war, WW-1&2 etc) Why don't you compare Pakistan or draw lessons from countries in our region like India (i don't know their strengths & weaknesses or what is their system etc) or any other country with similar historical background as of Pakistan. I think we can compare only those things which have some similarity or relevance with each other..... I think it is totally irrational to analyze the case studies of such old & mature governing systems. Besides, US form of government is Presidential which is different to Parliamentary system. There is one video of late Dr.Israr who prefers Presidential form of government as it is a bit near/ similar to the system of Khilafat. Besides, even in presidential system, rule of law is always held supreme and president is liable to impeachment cases in case of violations. Sir your comments please.

The British entrenched feudalism in the country to de-industrialize it. They gave the area, in the words of Hamza Alavi, a colonial mode of production, which continues to exist today. Moreover, unfortunately the independence movement was not a decolonization movement. It was merely a change of masters from white to brown. The entire structure remained the same!
Not really. The Turkish constitution puts army in charge of protecting the secular spirit of the document, the idea was instilled from day 1 by The Young Turks and founder Ataturk. Several Islamist regimes have been overthrown by the Turkish army, as overthrowing Islamo-fascists like the Ottomans is the only event that founded Turkey as we know it.

Constitution is protected by minorities, whether linguistic, religious, ethnic or proprietary class. Because it is a check on the powers of majority.
