- Here is my collection of one of the most beloved players in NFL history, spanning from 1976 to 1987 Topps PSA graded Walter Payton cards.
The name Bear Cards 34 is inspired by my favorite player, Walter Payton (#34) and my favorite youtuber, Packer Cards 87.

rookie card top tyo bottom centering. otherwise nice card. I had the same set only I had the other carsd with hime as well. the ones with other players and the sticker inserts. maybe that could be your next goal. Nice video!!

I own the 79, though not in super condition. On a side note I got to see Payton play his game at Lambeau Field. A class act on and off the field.
I love the '79 card. Though, I love all of his cards LOL. He's my childhood sports hero. And you're right, he really was a class act. I was so happy when they named the Man of the Year award after him. Thanks for watching!

I own a SGC 100 Pristine 1976 Payton that I paid only $4,100 back in 2003, what an investment I made. Love all of Walter's cards!

that 85 is hard to get good grades
Yeah no kidding! I feel like the 85 black borders and the 86 green borders, along with the centering of the 86 set sure make it difficult. Awesome looking cards though!

How,can I tell if my Walter Payton Rookie is legit? Including an autographed one?
Good question... if you have a card that is certified from the card maker (meaning it was placed in packs already autographed, then the certification on the card makes it legit (most of the time), but otherwise, it would need to be authenticated... and in order to be really sure you'll want it to be from a reputable service, such as PSA and Beckett. 1976 Topps Walter Payton what’s its value raw ?..
Good question! I usually see it selling for around $200-250, but depending on condition, it could be $125 up to $350+, but it varies. I bought it for just under $100 about 8ish years ago, raw, then sent it in to PSA in 2019.

Thanks for watching! Isn't that Payton rookie a great card? That's great you've got one too. I still don't know how it only got a 5. It's off-center top to bottom, but I agree - it should have been higher... sharp corners, good surface. Go figure! One of my viewers told me I should crack it and send it back in, but I have only sent 3 cards into PSA ever... so not sure I'll do that. But it's tempting. Thanks again for watching!
I know this is an old video but I have a few of his RC graded 2 PSA 8s and a PSA 9 I do a lot of grading and from just looking at that RC card obviously I’m not getting a look at under the magnifying glass but, if that was my card I would crack it and re-submit it.

2018 panini canary yellow diamond. Are you familiar with it? I dont know how special it is
So if they're the ones I think they are, numbered out of 3, they are very special. I'm not very familiar with them though, but the ones I've seen look great!

Nice cards! I’m waiting for my first submission to PSA to come back, all 80s FB. I have 3 Payton rookies I want to send in eventually. One came from a pack I bought in the lates 80’s but it’s off center. Another I have had since I was a kid, so the corners are a little touched.

Great video! From Chicago and Jackson St...I have most of these cards, but not graded. Payton used to be at the Chicago auto show, for buick I think. He was pretty cool. How many Butkus do you have?

How much did you buy the 1984 topps Walter Payton for
I bought it a few years ago, so I don't quite remember, but my guess is around $35 at the time. Prices seem to have changed a lot the past year though.
