Just to make a little more easy for everybody:
- Em | A7 --> yep, E Dorian, or A Mixolydian... or whatever
- Part B is in the key of Gmaj, so there's a modulation [ except for that Fmaj7 that sounds great but is not in the key of Gmaj, so be careful ;) A D- pentatonic or D Eolian are great here! ;) ]
You can of course play E minor pentatonic on all the song, but following the modulation is a bit more interesting ;)

Okey, i am abit confused With the seven modes atm.... Is it possible to use one of the seven modes for each chord?

Yes it is. Each mode represent a position of the scale and each position has a chord as well. Depending on the position the chord will be either Major or Minor. In the major scale positions 1, 4 and 5 would be Major chords and positions 2,3,6 and 7 would be Minor chords. What's even cooler is that this same scale and chords will work over minor keys as well. Enjoy!
