      Do neck exercises. Hairfall, dandruff remain as usual don't overthink about it. Avoid oil food , drink water , wash face normally without using any creams.

    What you are saying is about anti nutrients present in certain foods which can be drastically reduced by soaking them in water for 6-8 hrs(overnight). These are usually their fighting mechanism to save them from predators. That is the reason all grains, seeds & pulses must be soaked in water for better absorption and digestibility.

    Bean , chocolate, beets, berries, coffee, sweet potato, tea, and some nuts and all almost all plants have oxalates in them. 😬🤒😬. I think drinking more and more water may help to avoid this problem

    1 year munchi, milk with turmeric tesukuntunanu. Nakemi problem ledu. Dry nuts, green leaf vegetables tesukuntunanu. At the same time having good amount of water at right time.

      Hi Swetha.....as vegetarians, no need to worry, too much amount of anything is dangerous. So try to avoid anything too much. Research also said soaked almonds can reduce 6.7% to 20% oxalate concentrations. Just soak these high oxalate containing vegetarian foods before eating as possible. Not to worry much.

    If Oxalates are less in Eggs means why most of the dr will said try to avoid taking Eggs for who suffered from Kidney stones (Calcium Oxalate Stones) . Here in this video eggs mentioned in the category of low Oxalates. Pls provide me clarity in it. Is Oxalates are different from Calcium Oxalates? If Yes means what's the difference?
