Hi Swetha.....as vegetarians, no need to worry, too much amount of anything is dangerous. So try to avoid anything too much. Research also said soaked almonds can reduce 6.7% to 20% oxalate concentrations. Just soak these high oxalate containing vegetarian foods before eating as possible. Not to worry much.

Hi Swetha.....as vegetarians, no need to worry, too much amount of anything is dangerous. So try to avoid anything too much. Research also said soaked almonds can reduce 6.7% to 20% oxalate concentrations. Just soak these high oxalate containing vegetarian foods before eating as possible. Not to worry much.
