Smokey vs Koko is settled by gear and resonance level. Once the big attacks no longer one shot heroes then Smokey is 100% better. Koko will still be needed for Alpha Bear.
I use temesia as tank. She does good dmg but will sometimes turn the boss where the beam misses everyone cuz it's shooting backwards. Nice RNG to survive as I can't without it.
Very p2w if you wanna compete, top people in each server spend tens of thousands of dollars, but if you don't care about your ranking then you don't have to pay anything, you will just be super low rank in arena and all pve modes.
UPDATE: I did some extra testing today on Skyclops as requested. Both my M+10 Scarlita and S+10 Shakir did less damage than my S+5 Temesia still

100% agree on this. Koko is needed until you can survive without the DR from more HP levels
How about Shakir at Odie's place? the +10 EX buff and aura protection and mob clearing might help. (3+2 faction too)
my shakir is not +10 EX so I can't test

Smokey instead of Koko for your original setup (if your heroes can survive), and Scarlita in for Odie. The old true damage endless setup.
