Hi did the newer headlights make a difference my year 2000 original a4b5 projector headlights look clear but are very dangerous when l dim lights at night

Thanks for this vid, it helped me remove the indicators. One question, you removed 2 leads from the old headlight & 1 from the indicator, but only appeared to reattach the indicator lead and 1 headlight lead. The vid stopped before the new light came on.
Is the 2nd headlight lead not required on the new headlight?

@Grumpy I did this on an Audi A3 2000 and somehow it still works. You switch between dipped beam, parking light and high beam without a problem. I honestly don't know what the last cable is used for, maybe for cars with fog headlights?

pre-facelift, headlight connectors are round on non-facelift models, the facelift ones have a more flat connector

This is pre-facelift. Btw, u can buy headlight adapters and swap facelift headlights. Mine has that.
