Removing metal shields from bearings to clean them

Just a short tutorial on how to remote metal shields from bearings with a fishing hook.After, I run them through an inexpensive ultrasonic cleaner with ZEP orange citrus cleaner, blow them out with an air compressor (never allowing the bearing to spin by air), add a drop of oil, put the shields back on and they're good to go.
