- This is a great instructional video on how to get more pull-ups with resistance bands. You might even be trying to achieve your first pull-up or stuck on a number. With these bands you are sure to increase the number you are doing. There are many levels and this video highlights 4 of them from light up to heavy to make it easier for the body to use. Start with the easiest band and work your way down as each one gets too easy.

I tried this method of assisted pull ups.It helps me in increasing the number of pull ups in one set, from 6 to 14.

im 91kg and i can do 6-7 pull ups. what color do you recommend using if i want to do 12ish reps?

This doesn't show me how to loop a band to a straight bar though. There seems to be no videos instructing that.
Make a loop with the band and put the other end of the band through. Very simple
kevin moseley U hav2 loop the whole Band through the loop of the smaller part of the band...Over the bar, that Creates the Knot
