About the Ninja, Dev do agree that the current Ninja is way to much behind from other jobs! so they decide that they will buffs it on upcoming episodes, also they promise to not let the other new job to have same mistake they did on Ninja. so lets hope gunner will remain strong for now!
Yes, I didnt notice its was artifact weapons, your right. but even without it bases on the gunner skills, its still OP. even dev mentioned it on livestream that gunner will have 22-24 meters range
The Hope Star Rifle probably God Weapon and isnt Nile still better because non refine still give +15 ranged dmg but for budget yeah Bone Flute is cheaper
too early to say since there's reload ammunation time....what i feel it might simillar fct like ninja....i think the only thing holdback gs might be reloading time...

I think you cannot combo this on LOD Card, since LOD card only works on melee
yes but the dmg on bleed works, 20% final dmg on bleeding targets, we also use it on slayer combo with dead mistress, its amazing.
