The audio is fine. The first time I listened I did not understand but the second time it was clear as a picture. You have to be in the right vibration to receive the message.

Can you still make it work if your life was derailed by emotional and psychological trauma that happened early in life which still haunts you every day in the present..i have tried hard to develop and practice the law of assumption but it hasn't work for me?

Yes but it’s hard to move on from trauma have to try and shit out the past and remember your dreams look forwards and not backwards it’s tough I know because we have been changed forever but we can’t let them ruin the rest of our lives! We have to learn to visualise the future we want literally see a TV screen in your mind and see the picture of what you want we spend too long going over past events that made us sad the universe gives us more sad moments so we got to break out of the wounds and move forwards to find our promised land and we we used to be! It works to bring the good or bad whatever we focus on we get more of so try really hard just to think of good things 😘💫 I know it works both ways - it’s like magic 🪄🧚🏼‍♀️🙏😊😉💜

@@ladyalexander2003 thanks for offering kind words of advice but I have tried that approach too and nothing changes..if you cannot alter what's in the subconscious it won't matter what positive approaches are made with your every day thoughts and actions..the subconscious is where our reality springs from but knowing that in theory isn't the answer or solution..things need to alter at a deeper level but I'm all out of ideas at this stage..

It’s not easy but we can heal from past trauma. We cannot change the past but we can learn from it and take what we learn to help others. Take baby steps everyday. I highly recommend writing in a journal and keeping a dream journal. I pray and meditate daily. I envision good things for my friends and family and myself. I even pray for my cats daily. Remember anxiety is misuse of imagination and most of the bad things we imagine don’t happen. I also use art and music as therapy and I try to spend time daily on hobbies that are fun and uplifting. I know it’s easier said than done but when we are healing we have to avoid toxic places and people as much as possible. I left a job after 6 years, I planned it and had another job lined up and things have improved dramatically. Don’t give up hope we may never heal 100% but the goal is heal as much as we can because we deserve to feel better and live a happy peaceful life.
