Good day to ya! I'm also a TLK fan. I know that I'm 6 years late to tell you this but, I just discovered that there are some TLK Easter eggs in the Wessex campaign of this mod. The three main ealdormen in the early game are named Odda, Leofric, and of course, Uhtred! The characteristics of Uhtred here is quite similar to the show. He has the traits: Military Heritage (knows the ways of war) and godless. Anyway, six years late, but I just wanted to share it with you. Edit: You could see their names on the left side of the tab at 2:25
You could have deployed on the high ground, it would have given you a big advantage, and since the enemy didn't have any cav, you should have used your archers freely before engaging your infantry. But great vid! Really looking forward for this campaign Simpzy! :)
+kmoosa12 (Spoilers!!!!) Really good, so many new faces, Awesome battle, but it seems like the Franks out numbered the Vikings, that was not the case, you could see so many Vikings fleeing for no reason, But they had to be historically accurate, and made Rollo live. WHO WANTS TO BE KING????
Basic rule of all Total War games. Cavalry is mostly bad for head on charges, the way to go is always hammer and anvil, keep the enemy entangled with your infantry line and hit them in the flanks and back with cavalry
Bit of a dumb question maybe. When you move up a line of units, and then select another line. What do you press so you can see where the first line is moving to?
