Wow. I'm getting ready to head the beginning of an intentional community, being the assigned group expert. Currently in liminal space working on background stuff And renovating night and day to get ready to sell a property that we will use to partially fund the commune.
When we do come together, I will be leading us in exercises to determine the key values, and then back-engineer the entire working, living, and creating structure of our community going forward, not teaching, but directing folks to knowledge and managing the process. Tons of moving pieces and my eye is on all of em. We can't start til I get there FINALLY. 🥰
I'm definitely an outsider because I'm stuck 900 miles away with none of my Community members nearby, But since I have free time outside of renovation and the most interest in community systems, I volunteered to be the gatherer and distributor of information for us to use collectively. People are literally waiting for me to show up on scene so we can get started. It is not a Me project but a We project, And impossible to do alone, even though I've technically completed the process of learning how to build one. Now we have to do it . I'll be dancing in and out going on road trips to research property to choose. I very much miss stability and community and my old stomping grounds, and it's been worse the last couple months.
The harder I push and the more outside I go, The quicker I can get to the good stuff and out of this uncomfortable phase.

Yes and yes. I am good at investigating and providing novel solutions, which makes me a heretic. I long for connection, and have switched careers many times. As Brene Brown says though, true belonging requires being able to stand alone and be true to yourself first. I don’t have a lover or a special place. I could however take this as guidance to follow my heart to do what i’ve loved doing since childhood. Merging those two things… hmmm

First time here
Once again...no need to have any placement in the sign...just watch what you're drawn to watch. It is funny...because the work environment and the way in which I was always called in to solve a problem nobody would touch. The company would hire me to fix what needed fixed before it was sold. In the end, instead of a Human Resource Professional...I called myself The Fixer because that is what I did. I can see situations and read people...even the smallest facial expression...the turning away or facing on....everything means something. I do miss that work. About putting that skill toward my personal/love life...I'd truly not considered it. But yes!!! The love triangle...the Magician, the Dark Female, and me...the Light. I've refused to go to where they are ... because I don't want contaminated by her darkness the way he had been. the dissatisfaction is that all made were lucrative but me and yet they all seemed to make money off of me and I was left homeless having to heal and rise again - it was hell - God took me to hell so I could break up the mess - Pierce light and then I sit with nothing - done
