- NO ONE CAN EAT THIS ALONE! An UNDEFEATED FOOD CHALLENGE! The restaurant said they wouldn't know what they would do if someone could eat this giant baked Concha equal to over 90 little Concha sweet breads (basically a chilaquiles sandwich)! This baked good is stuffed with chilaquiles with is like an egg omelets mixed with corn chips and salsa and the bread is topped with an icing. The bread itself is cinnamon and kind of reminded me of a cinnamon bun mixed with a cinnamon raisin bread of sorts that is was soft, mildly sweet, but very pleasant! Can we beat the worlds biggest Mexican breakfast challenge weighing in at over 11lb? Or will we fall short at this unbeaten food challenge? Awww, the restaurant people were so sweet. You can tell they were excited to have you there. That looked really yummy too, love some Mexican food especially from California. There's nothing like it, very authentic.

There’s options when it comes to chilaquiles, you have red, green, chipotle, plain (where they fuse the eggs to the tortillas chips and just salted) etc., highly recommend. I love my mom and all moms! Conchas with ice cream is where it’s at!
Joel i have never seen any person like you eat over 11lbs of food. You are by far the best competitive eater.

I don't know why, but when I go onto a keto diet for 4 to 6 weeks, I always watch all these eating videos. Matt Stonie, Joel Hansen, Beardmeatsfood etc. etc. is the main type of videos that I watch. Maybe I live vicariously through them for a bit.

What I love about this channel is it almost seems like J-dogg goes out of his way to really spread the diversity of ethnic food around. Some people who dont' live in major metropolis cities might not have immediate exposure to stuff like this, but this kind of content, at least for me, makes me want to B-line to the places I normally might not have gone before finding this channel.
