4.51pm trigger -frustration, not allowed kids sketch book, Slept for almost an hour afterwards.
Very tired today, did not sleep well, started iron and multivitamins today
History of breath holding spells which resulted in a status epilepticus lasting over 90 minutes and 24 hours intubated in ICU. Diagnosed 3 months later with Reflex anoxic seizures (RAS)
