When I am cutting weight, I make myself a turkey burger wrapped with lettuce, cheese, onions, pickles, mustard, low sugar ketchup, sometimes avocado slices and sometimes if I come home really hungry I’ll add a fried egg. I serve it with cucumber slices. It’s as healthy as you can get for eating a burger. I think the whole meal is about 400-550 Cals and I get full with a glass of water. I highly recommend it if you’re craving a burger and still trying to drop some weight, Nick. Best of luck to all of you guys, love the channel.

In-N-Out is just crazy value for the price. $5 for a double cheeseburger and the consistency is probably unbeatable, the quality and flavor is consistent across the entire chain. The same can't be said for any other chain, a bad day anywhere else and it's going to taste mediocre and likely cost more than In-N-Out. Also, everything is made to order, if you want extra toasted buns or extra onions or chopped peppers, you can add any of that or even all of it. It's impressive how far you can push the limits of it too ahaha
I feel like it's not fair to compare the big mac to the rest of those burgers. Sure, it's the most iconic thing at Mcdonald's, but everywhere else you got the premium option, not just the most iconic. If you wanted a standard burger from Mcdonald's that compares with the others you should have gotten a quarter pounder or double quarter pounder. Also, should have got 5 guys.
I honestly think in n out is the only one comparable to 5 guys (besides p terry i haven't had it), but 5 guys sits in that grey area of not fast food, but also not premium food. For at least 10 bucks a burger and a longer wait, it really doesn't feel like fast food.
