Thanks for this. I have a Tiger 900 Aragon and this is a great tutorial for me. A few things are different, but this is enough of a clue to get through everything! Thanks again!

Hi, The odometer is in the tire pressure Option. There you push left or right on the Joystick. Then you can see it in the upper right Corner. 🤗

Thank you. I need to do an update video for that. A friend showed me a few weeks after the video dropped. 😆

I have the new Tiger 900 GT pro, and I wish I had this display, looks much better than the new round one.

I’ve got a Triumph tiger 850 Sport 2023 model similar but smaller display. I find it really difficult to understand how to access the Odo meter and why Triumph has over complicated in my opinion a display that is supposed to be helpful and communicate information. Your video is the first video I’ve that actually shows what buttons to press. Thank you.

Wheelies - In Rider mode - set Sports MAP, Traction Control OFF. Unless it's set this way the computer pulls a bunch of bottom end torque out and the traction control does the rest to keep that front wheel down, the bike is a lot more lively in a custom Rider mode if that's your thing, took me a while to find it.

Thank you! it certainly has too many things... couple of things to point for other Tiger 900 users...
    1. If you are wondering why your music stop playing on your earbuds when you turn on the bike... it is because you have to pair the earbuds to the bike too (as well as you smartphone)... yes, the bike will transmit the music or calls from the smartphone to the earbuds and you will be able to control calls and music from the bike that way.
    2. Off road mode: is the only mode that you must have the motorcycle stopped to be able to select it.
    3. I have no ide of it is possible to change the color of the dash whith the HI CONTRAST mode screen. For some reason, when entering the settings the display will automatically change to LOW CONTRAST (black) and any change in the color will affect the LOW CONTRAST mode only. So, yeah...

Great video. Can you verify that the speeod really does change to KM/H when you select KM in Distance screen? Many thanks.

If I recall correctly, it did when I was in Canada and used the KPH setting.

Thanks for this ... very useful. What year model was this on? 2020-2023 or 2024. I had a test ride on a Tiger 900 GT Pro yesterday and the display showed the rev counter as a circular dial (like an old analogue dial) and the speed as digits in the centre. I preferred this to the displays on your video.

Mine is the 2023. You can customize the dash. See my video of the dash customization. I show all the menus. They will be slightly different on the newer models.

@@Czeching_Out_America Thanks so much for replying. You are correct. I since confirmed that the display on the 2024 model is indeed different, especially the layout of the tachometer which is now a circular display like an old analogue dial. Great videos ... thanks. I get my 2024 Tiger 900 GT Pro in June!! Can't wait. Greetings from the UK.

    Hi
I have a little dummy question here, just got the same bike as you,
Just have hard time to lock the handle bars with the key turning to left side of the lock. I know it’s a Triumph tricks. Seems we have to wiggle the handle bars to be able to lock it. Probably a easy fix 😅

Not a stupid question. I had the same thing with my Honda VFR 800. I think it's about aligning the neck with the lock.

Simple, Turn handlebars to left, then back just a little, press key in once then RELEASE and turn, slightly nudge/turn the bars if lock not locating. This doesn't lock the bars all the way over to the left, so bars have to be slightly turned to right again, a little. Point is the key will not turn if not pressed in once and released, then turned. Effort is NOT needed, when the sun (steering aligned) and moon (key press and released) are aligned it locks no problem at all.
Odo is displayed when turning on/off and ALSO from tyre pressure tray by left/right on joy stick.
I love Display 2 also, leave in AUTO and in dark/light situations the display nicely changes. Dark mode has more colours but I still like the light mode for daylight riding.
The longer I own my Tiger 900 GT Pro the more I don't want the new round 1200 clocks, so I'll keep my 2022 Red version thankyou:-)

Considering all the complaints about the pre 2024 screen. I would say all Triumph should have done was put a tach beside the speedo. Because I want to see Gas, Temp, Trip 1 and Trip 2, The Odo. The new display looks a bit cheep. And it doesn’t show enough information. I like a digital speedometer and a bargraph tach that can go up then across the top.
So the only real screw up on this display is the really badly designed tach and the odometer not being displayed always.

I have a rally pro. I doubt it has any kind of electronic suspension.
