Weird Precognition Dream: My First Emergency Situation as a New Nurse | Nurse Storytime Vlog

- Nurse Storytime: I had a weird dream about my first emergency / patient code situation, and the events actually came true! These types of dreams are sometimes called precognitions, precognitive dreams, dream premonitions, or a glitch in the matrix (lol).
In this video, I'll share a true story about the first patient emergency/code situation in which I had to call a rapid response team to help.
The weird thing about all of it was that I had a very vivid dream the night before. In the dream, the patient's health started deteriorating quickly, and I had to call a rapid response/code team. There was also a lot of blood in my dream. This same type of event happened the next day.
At this point in my career, I was a brand new nurse on my own. Dealing with a patient code/emergency situation was something I was really dreading, but I knew I would have to deal with it soon enough. It was almost like the dream prepared me for it.

I pray going into every shift, every room I walk in. That's just me. I do remember a patient being extremely upset over getting an epidural. I pray that she would be okay and for God to send his presence. It worked immediately! I was so happy for the patient. I thanked God for his extra help with her. ❤ Thank you Sarah for these videos! That is weird. I’ve had dreams like that before but remember them after the events play out. Thank you for the reminder to pray before each shift.

Great upload! Right up my street too as i have always had premenition dreams form a very early age...i even have ones where relatives who have passed on speak to me and tell me things or messages for random people....some quick ones of mine were : i dreamed my son was bleeding from his ears mouth and nose..it was a horrible nightmare that woke me and i couldnt settle so i had to go and check on him ...he was only 3 at the time....i went up to him and he was having a nose bleed in his sleep ...... another one was a dream that my brothers car had gone into a resevoir ...i was living in france at the time and couldnt get the dream out of my head the next day so i rang him and he said he had parked his car next to the resevoire in question the night before and when he went back to it, a taxi driver had accidentally gone into the back of his car and although his it didnt go into th water as such, it went close to the edge .... A few months ago i dreamed of a lady who had passed away and she was showing me frantically her neice telling me 'tell her to get to the hospital, its her neck its her neck it needs to be checked out! I told somoene who is related to the neice and he rang her... she said her parner had been having neck pain for a while....so they made an appintment and he found out he had a tumour in it ....again it wasnt her neck but it was related to the message .... I get these dreams all the time ....but actually glad i do as they always mean something and i can tell the difference between a normal dream....and a mesage or important dream....x

It actually happned after one week and the baby was wearing the same pajamas in my dream

Dreams have actually come true in my life.
Ive had dreams that answered questions I had during waking hours. Was sold a lemon (car). Called & the dealership didn't care, and told me as much. That night, I dreamed I should write a detailed letter of all of the issues, so the next morning, I did just that. Shortly thereafter, a salesman came to our door with a check to purchase the car back, and to pick the car up, and he had paperwork for us to sign stating we wouldnt sue them. I later learned someone's purchased a car and the car breaks faiiled, causing a fatality, and the family was suing the dealership over it. Only a small part of my letter mentioned a break issue they'd promised to fix and never did. If I hadn't had the dream, I'd never sent a letter and gotten a full refund.
