Would you believe it, the quest you just finished was the last quest available in 1.0 , ie when the game released in late 2020 at the peak of covid lockdowns. All of us genshin boomers back then who finished the main story within a couple weeks had to wait 2-3 weeks (depending on when you started) for the 1.1 update to get the "Floating Palace" quest unlocked. The Jade Chamber didnt even exist for us back then lol. Meanwhile we spent that time completely exploring liyue + mondt, doing world quests and dailies, trying to learn how to build characters and use the game mechanics in combat effectively to make progress in spiral abyss, etc. How time flies... One interesting thing, considering the relative smaller size of liyue / mondstadt compared to the other regions, you could roughly estimate that the game released in 1.0 with ~1 years worth of content that theyd normally produce in that time frame. And I remember you guys starting this game in 4.1 ie just about 1 year back as well. Congrats, you're the first players ive met who can actually keep up with the glacial release pace of the main story lol
