Awesome home. Built with small children, in mind. I would change light s over island, in kitchen area. Also, I WOULD add a hobby room for wrapping gifts, painting and coloring and any other forms of art, children or adults may be gifted with.

Very nice home. Just one thing if I was to spend this much for a place I would want something other than a glass door. Outside and in. If you have a glass door. Then you should not bother with a door at all. A door is to make a room ,home more private and secure.

Wrap that all up with the fact that the home is being built by award winning builders and the 7000+ sq ft, and this is why it is being classified as a luxury build
@@johnbourgeoisgroup In some points i agree, but that are the points that are not essential for me. 😁 In this price range i prefer a home that is built of concret, steel and stone completely and not the wood stuff. That is for the cheaper homes you see flying away during hurricane time. But that's just my opinion. Designwise this home is gorgeous 👍
Agree, for 6 million, I would insist on quality, period furniture. I have never cared for Barbie doll house decor. Place some enduring LOVE in your home.😊
