Very helpful thank you! I got my nose repierced yesterday on left side with a small white gold flower and Ruby jewel in middle. I used to have center of my nose the middle part called septum pierced too. My favorite is learning the spiritual meaning behind piercings. Right now I have ears , nipples and left side of nose pierced
You are right. My menstrual cramps became less to zero after my left nostril piercing. I pierced my nose coz I believed nose piercing had a lot of health benefits, however your video has given a very succinct and clear idea on what benefits.. thanks a lot for the info. I got my left nostril pierced 4 months ago and my menstrual symptoms are less severe. I did it for spiritual reasons. I will be getting the right and center done for spiritual reasons as well, but the health reasons are a beautiful gift.

I love my nose piercing! In Africa, piercing the right nostril had deep spiritual meaning amongst several tribal groups. Septum piercings are ancient as well.

@@user-xc2dm6qs5i I did not experience an interruption personally, I am a career artist and my intimate life also remained unaffected. If anything I would say the non subtle effects of the piercing would be a reminder to practice restraint and moderation but it does not disable you.
Now that I think of it in context of my lifetime, the septum was at the very beginning of my art career, and at the time following I was in many active music groups so it could have been one aspect of one of the biggest explosions of creative effort in my life. I pierced both nostrils at the same time and I calmed down a lot during that time, became married and settled into my career long term. Your comment just opened a whole new way of thinking about this topic for me! If you feel like it is the right piercing for you then I would say go without fear!
Aside from that, all three were very painless for me.

The weirdest thing for me is that I don’t have stomach cramps while I’m on my cycle, I only get these leg cramps which last a day, the weirdest thing right? But since I got my left nose pierced 2 months now I just noticed I no longer get any cramps at all🙏

I’m planning on doing mine this week but I’m nervous people will judge me in a negative way.
Some benefits I have found
1) menstrual cramps have reduced compared to how it was last month.
2) There is more clarity of thoughts
3) lastly I used have this suffocating feeling all the time right from birth, probably since I am a twin, but now it's much better, just one nose peircing with so many positive effects, wish I knew it before, wud have done it long back....but it's never too late☺️....thanks to this channel for bringing the clarity👍

Get it done by a professional reputable piercer, the pain depends on your pain tolerance everyone is different. For me it didn't really hurt at all and the healing process is fine for me, I just got mine done 2 weeks ago. I barely feel it there if at all some days, no irritation and I use a que tip to get the boogers out works well. I also use a saline spray that I bought from my piercer

Jal neti is using a neti pot with salt water.

This is a more ancient method to block certain tastes.. that is the raw form of taste therapy used by tribal people. That wisdom is lost.
Not able to believe this or not believe this. I Know some women who have nose piercing and have mensuration pain, issues. Of course we can say they are wearing gold and sometimes nothing... This works for some i guess.
